Our promise
Our benchmark pricing guide is real and public, not a "call for a quote" teaser. What we quote against it is what you pay - unexpected finds are flagged and priced separately before we continue.
The person who quotes your job is the person who paints it. No subcontracted crews, no franchise call centre.
Sandwich's timber-framed and lime-plastered properties get treated as what they are, not painted like a modern new-build.
Why local matters
Sandwich town centre has one of the best-preserved concentrations of timber-framed medieval and Tudor buildings in England, alongside Georgian and Victorian terraces and a growing number of modern estates on the edges of town. That mix means no single paint system works everywhere. Lime-plastered walls need breathable, vapour-permeable coatings, not modern sealed emulsions that trap damp behind the surface. Original sash windows need the right primer and paint system or the sashes stick shut within a season.
We treat these as genuinely different jobs, not variations on the same one - which is also why our benchmark pricing guide gives a range rather than a single flat number per room.
Landlord or selling up?
A high-efficiency touch-up service built for the turnaround between tenants or ahead of a sale - not a full redecoration, just what's needed to present the property well, done quickly.
